We held our annual medical advisory board appreciation event in May at the New York Athletic club. It was a wonderful evening overflowing with gratitude and camaraderie, hosted by John Campbell, a board member, and Dr. Thomas Romo, founder and medical director of the Little Baby Face Foundation.

John Hicks of Cutera, and Dr. Yick Lee, former president of the Chinese-American Medical society and a Medical Advisory Board Member generously sponsored our event. We want to thank them again for making this beautiful evening possible.

We cherish this chance each year to reflect and give thanks to everyone who works with us on our mission to provide pro-bono treatment to children born with facial birth defects. There are so many incredible individuals on our supporting teams working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all possible, and we can’t celebrate them enough.

We are so grateful to our office managers, schedulers, and bookkeeping teams. They keep the show running!

A huge thank you to the social workers at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH) for their support. We also thank the pediatricians who ensure the children are ready for surgery, as well as the anesthesiologists.

We want to give thanks to the Little Baby Face Foundation board members, who tirelessly fundraise and advocate for the children and families and the LBFF team. Your passion and dedication does not go unnoticed!

And of course, we thank our incredible volunteer physicians, whose talent and expertise is the very foundation of what we can achieve for these children and their families.

To our donors, to our volunteers, we couldn’t do this without you. Thank you so much from the entire team at the Little Baby Face Foundation.

It is amazing to see how all these individuals’ generosity and hard work have, together, transformed the lives and faces of so many children. It really does take a village!
