Alma Jean Murcia-Mackin is a senior legal executive and seasoned corporate attorney, who has spent most of her career guiding public, private, and multinational corporations through complex governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Currently serving as of-counsel to a multinational corporation, she is a trusted advisor to executive boards on ethical oversight and corporate transparency.

Throughout her distinguished career, Alma has held prominent leadership positions across diverse corporate sectors. She has directed corporate governance for a private equity portfolio and served as General Counsel for a multi-million-dollar organization. She brings over two decades of elite legal expertise in best practices, and regulatory oversight and strategic leadership to our foundation to ensure our mission is executed with the highest standards of integrity. Alma holds a J.D. from New York Law School, is an active member of the New York State Bar and is fluent in Spanish and Italian, bringing a global perspective to our foundation's leadership.
