As Advisory Board members, they assist in evaluating potential Little Baby Face patients, offer medical opinions, participate in fundraising, and generally support the organization. |
Lauralouise Duffy, Vice President
Lauralouise Duffy is the President of Golden
Retriever Capital, Ltd., a global strategic development
firm, where she consults to major financial institutions
in the alternative investment arena and the hedge fund
community. Prior to starting Golden Retriever Capital,
Ms. Duffy spent her career running the operations,
administration and distribution of eleven hedge funds,
building and running investment fund businesses for
Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia, Asia and South America,
including equity, global macro, emerging markets,
venture, and private equity businesses. A hands on self
starter, Ms. Duffy is known for defining goals,
initiating actions and achieving outcomes. She has
applied the same vigor to active philanthropy by
participating in such Organizations as AHRC, Special
Olympics, New York Blood Center, Breast Cancer
Foundation, Aids Rides USA, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society,
Association to Benefit Children, GAP programs of the
Town of Oyster Bay and Our Lady of Mercy special
education programs.
