To seek facial reconstructive assistance for a child, the first step is to complete our confidential, online application. Once the application is received, our Medical Advisory Board will review it to determine if corrective treatment is available through the Little Baby Face Foundation and which physicians will treat your case.
Please be advised that the Little Baby Face Foundation will only accept patients up to the age of 21 who were born with facial deformities that reduce their quality of life. Due to the high number of applications that we receive, please note it may take up to 8-12 weeks for a response.
IMPORTANT: Applicants requesting rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) and other cosmetic surgeries will not be considered as this type of surgery is not medically necessary. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.
